- Handover photos: vehicle condition imagery before and after each trip.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To process bookings and verify identities.
- To facilitate communication between renters, hosts, and admins.
- To process payments and host payouts.
- To resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional notifications (booking status, refunds, handover).
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- The host of a booked vehicle (renter name, contact, licence).
- The renter of a booked vehicle (host contact and pickup details).
- Authorised admins for verification and dispute handling.
- Legal authorities when required by Brunei law.
We never sell your personal data.
5. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Sensitive documents are stored in private buckets with role-based access. Only the booking renter, vehicle host, and admins can view trip-specific records.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and booking records for up to 7 years after your last activity to comply with tax and regulatory obligations. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal requirements.
